Turul not spawning, GM abuses power?

Steps:

1. Assault pet onto Turul until dead.
2. Turul no respawn.

I killed turul with my pet FaithfulFalcorr, then waited around 45min-hour before giving up on it spawning again. I also checked wide scan every 15-20 min to see if someone else claimed it. I GMed it and got the usual ask the community/etc. I'm pretty sure it is glitched and was not gonna respawn until someone fixed it. After receiving the message from the GM, a Bakka appeared next to me in the middle of the bugard/morbols and aggroed me immediately. Killed bakka then after 10-15 minutes turul spawns right ontop of me also so guessing they fixed it after 2nd GM message I sent. Just thought I'd share my story and let you now about the bug though.
