Steps:

1. Engage enemy.
2. Perform a TP "Ready" Move
3. Receive no message, TP remains, However Ready charge is used up and you must wait to reuse another TP move.

The easiest way to test this is with LuckyLulush. Engage a mob then use Wild Carrot.
