So what do you use and what's the logic behind it.

Right now I switch it up based on what I'm doing. I'll probably edit this later as I get more time but I wanted an ATMA thread.

I use mostly

DG/RR/ and the third really depends on what I'm doing. A lot of the time I use MC

Ducal Guard
Razed Runes
Mounted Champion


do me a favour people please type out what the atmas are called so people reading have an idea what they are looking for on FFXIclopedia.org

Now I will say that I do not have any of the other -pdt atmas and I WILL be getting those

with my setup right now

2x-10%pdt axes
1x-2% ptd necklace
( need the helm that has -10%pdt )

and then I use Ducal Guard which @ 50% or below gives me -72% dmg taken. People claim there is a cap and the good news for us is there is not a -pdt cap.

With the right setup you can take 0% dmg and almost no magical dmg. I will post that setup later when i dig through my notes
