Even DA doesn't matter since their attack is processed at the beginning of the round. It's just visually delayed by animation. I guess between Slow II and Para/Ice Spikes, it's not too difficult to get any spell off on RDM if you swap fast gear in, though.

DA as in they have two chances to interrupt my spell mid-cast.

"Just time is blah blah" is a bunk argument as there will often be a 0~2 second delay between what happens on the server and what you see on the screen. I dual box all the time and it's visibly noticeable when I do something on one system and a few seconds later it shows on the 2nd system.

I won't dispute dual box delays, but it's not like I haven't done this enough to otherwise know timing can negate the chance, especially if getting hit casting Ichi on a /NIN job.

Well, if you made a 102% SIR set for it it did feel like it sucked for abit but I've gotten used to the new aquaveil. +Inventory since I only need Emphatikos + normal gear with it now.

Aquaveil is the only buff that I'd really like BLU to get because it would be nice for the longer-casting time spells like Magic Hammer or something. Especially when I'm trying to go for a Magic Burst off my SC. Alas, SE doesn't seem interested in giving BLU this under-rated buff, probably because if they did BLU would be unstoppable.
