[dev1064] Job Adjustments: Weapon Skills

I have been plating FFXI from it was released in NA, i have two caracters, one of which i leveled 9 jobs to include war must agree, nothing much have been done for that job for several updates now. Second i have BST is one of my favorite jobs in this game that job has always been on the crappy list of updates, SE interfuce new pets and new weapon skill, which are useless. i have a EMP axe that was not worth the time unlocking because i could buy an axe on AH the does the same thing. i am not a big fan of the fancy stuff but if you are going to create something that one has to work hard for in the game then least u can do is make it worth the players time. and if u are going to create new pets here is a hint, when you have dipper which is lower that gooey ot he new turtle u interduce in the last update. make the new pet stronger.

Do relics deserve buffs? Yes. Are relics easy to get now? Yes. I hope they do buff and balance them out with Empys. I think they should really rethink Relics/Mythics/Empys and make it so each job has a fair balanced choice in all of them. I've been saying since day 1 SE never thought about mages with they made relics or empyreans. So yeah SE's screwed up and Relics should be reasonably compared to empys and last i checked there were still a few relics that beat empys. Arguing over relics and empys in this thread is not the issue. SE's needed to balance relic/empys/mythics for a while. The real issue here is SE is screwing over the populace in general by lowering the dps we can put out. This isn't going to fix any of the crappy jobs and its not going to make the fights more enjoyable. So what is there to enjoy out of this other than the schadenfreude of it. If you're here getting off on that good for you God bless and enjoy your life whose existence hangs off the misery of a group of people and in the end the collective as a whole. But for those of us who have created a world that is usable post abyssea we do not want to go back to helping gimps who hit macro's get gear in linkshells and SE needs to realize trying to force us back into that is going to force us out of the game. Trying to remove our ability to lowman is not making the game more fun or making people want to play more. This is a no win situation.

Seriously lol beasts can solo relics in 3 months without breaking a sweat. I do dyna with 3 ppl and make 350-500 coins a run its not that hard.

Again are you retarded? 300 million gil = 2 relics worth of farming. Mythics cost 450 million to 600 million gil which we will have finished in the next month to two months. For someone who has every job 95+ and 2 empy's you really come off as slow did you abby burn them and rely on an ls to build them? Anyone with a bit of sense and ability to play this game knows what I meant when I said that. I could have bought two relics at this point and we're only 2/3 of the way done with alexandrite. If I wanted a relic I'd have two. I care more about the mythic at this point that doesnt mean the relics any harder to get just because I'm choosing a MUCH HARDER weapon to build than the relic your anal retentive focus has latched on to. Seriously did school let out early this year?

You didn't make good valid points. You tried to ignore the point that was demonstrated by the analogy and instead focus on the animal in it. I simply followed your lead.

I didn't call you a crab. I made a comparison between your behavior and that of a crabs. There was no name calling (unless you are in fact a crab. I did call crabs stupid.). The moral of that story is that if crabs are dumb for wanting to screw each other over instead of working together, and you want to screw everyone over then....ah never mind, I know you figured it out the first time. sorry for hurting your feelings.

As far as playing war, I have it leveled on another character that I don't play anymore and NOT playing it is a major factor in why I think nerfs are bad. I am not that happy about how several of the jobs that I do play are performing. Nerfing war instead of Buffing those jobs actually means that I'm getting screwed just like the Wars. No winners. Everyone loses.
