I support the nerf as well, they were too overpowered. Now nerf Tasha: Shoha and maybe balance really will be better.
Well you seem to be in denial of the fact that most of the community on here bascially laughed at relic holders complaints when 85 empyreans were released, i assure you it did happen.
So all i am doing is laughing back at those people now.
They don't need to nerf WAR and MNK (and even PUP) to achieve balance. They need to bring the other jobs up to the same level. This is level 99! WE'RE SUPPOSED TO FEEL MORE POWERFUL NOW! But we don't really. They're basically making level 99 power feel exactly the same as level 75 power. Hell, in a relative sense, I think I feel weaker now than I did then!
The devs talked about damage inflation. Damage is SUPPOSED to inflate when you get to higher levels! But the monsters gain more HP too, so it's balanced... Nerfing new weapon skills such that the old ones are still the best is stupid. Nerfing new job abilities makes giving them in the first place pointless.
It's a real simple situation. Nerfing is a negative approach and makes players affected by the nerf unhappy. By comparison, buffs to other jobs make lots of players happy, doesn't really make many people unhappy, and th e whole general vibe from the players in the game is more positive. why not do the thing that makes everyone happy instead of the thing that pisses some people off?

I don't understand why relic holders are happy over this....uh, this doesn't make you any stronger, and the nerf would have to be pretty monumental for it to put you anywhere near the top again.
Basically it seems like you're happy others got shafted like you did, which makes no sense. Be happy if you get a buff, or catch a break with the 99 trials. This crabs-in-a-barrel mentality makes you seem immature and petty as hell.
