It's hard to say. With Abyssea and how its exp works and everyone seeming to like it, they may introduce Dynamis like that as well. But if they do away with the stones and we're not at the Glacier, Abyssea's exp in Dynamis is going to be very easy.

Non-Aby exp depends on the number of players and their highest and lowest level versus the level of the monster. So I could see these exp numbers being low where it's worth is as much as a getting exp back from a level down.
