getting good shattersoul dmg on summoner

even in abyssea im finding this ws terrible to use on summoner averaging at 600-800 even with 300tp, any hint on how to seriously up this dmg?

Max it out. I can at least double what you're stating on most of the mobs i've fought. But without you being specific about the conditions (since you're in abyssea, that would be atma, as well ast he mob you're fighting, plus amount of STR, attack, and INT, and finally food).

This WS stomps all other physical staff WS into the ground.

(Is there any food that boosts both attack and INT?

even with 300tp

Duration of magic defense down varies with TP. More TP won't affect your damage.
