    Coruscanti still not working

    Someone in a previous thread brought up this issue and i'd hoped by the time the update rolled around it would have been addressed .
    The dagger still doesnt work.

    Confirmed, "Occasionally deals severe damage" does not function on live servers in any capacity, if it does the proc rate is immeasurable.
