I feel like we need to lay out a list of which frames got exclusive spells
i.e.
All
- Poison II

Soulsoother
- Protect, Shell, Haste, Erase

Spiritreaver
- Dread Spikes

Stormwaker
- Stoneskin, Phalanx, Dispel

of course I'm not sure of the specifics above, I'm willing to try testing a bit when I have time.
