Well this proves that the devs do not take into account feedback from the test servers. I clearly remember people talking about relic's attack boost working off hand in a big thread in the feedback section lol.

Exactly....the day this all went live on test server I posted about the fact it was working in offhand. Almost a month later and they just now notice this?!? I don't even see how +att/+macc working in offhand is unbalanced either. With mythics I can see other additional aspects (job ability augments) being bad...but only thing on relic working is +att. Hidden, additional effects, and ws still don't work which is fine...but +att should at least work in offhand. Especially when looking at Emp or any other weapon with +stat/att works in offhand....+tp bonus.....latent effects, hidden effects (blau dolch, etc) but having relic +att is unbalanced? Really?
