Downloaded the 10 day free trial of WoW the other day, just to get my online gaming fix until servers are back up.
So far I don't see what's so appealing about the game, but w/e, my twitching has subsided for the time being.

"Do you sell the Internet?"
Game is soooo boring LOL. If you like a good story with your MMOs then leave WoW alone.
No seriously thought there's quest grinding and PVP. I only got to 73(got tired of it) but I think the big appeal of that game is PVP and I don't think you can do the large scale PVP areas until around level 30. You can start doing dungeons in parties 5 with other players(even if they are not on your server) at level 15.
I just canceled my account but damn I am so bored right now. I think I may actually log back in and play it while FF XI is down. My subscription doesn't end until the 24th.
What am I gonna do during the week the servers are down? Toss and turn because all I can think about is ffxi :/ Why? Because I've been gone from the game since 2 weeks after the first level cap increase from 75. I was so far over my ffxi withdrawal too, and of course, the bartender next door (i live next to a bar) brings up how he can't play his favorite game because the servers are down in Japan (go figure, it was ffxi, shocked the hell out of me, didn't think anyone with a 50 mile radius of me played it :/). So now, I'm writhing in the hell that is ffxi addiction (it apparently never goes away). My only reprieve being that I found a torrent for Plants vs Zombies but, I've already beaten it (in a day). *rocks back in forth in the corner*
I have 3 80 wow toons i discontinued right before cata came out. Its fun to kill people but once you get lvled up enough to raid, its pretty boring and once a week shot at drops against all those people in raid makes FFXI old hnm system look tame. Ended up spending most of my time herb gathering all week between raids and it got old really fast. Weee kill heroic lk then rest of week was flying around zones looking for lichblooms lol. They've released new content since then, but it still wasnt enough to make me renew my subscription to play
A drunk man's words are a sober man's thoughts. Here is a game most of you can handle.

It is kinda boring. I don't see the appeal of it honestly. Maybe I'm speaking too soon though idk. All I do know for sure is I can't stand to be logged in for more than 2 hours.

Well... I just had my first ffxi withdrawal dream, which consisted of fighting off a level 87 Besieged... (I have no idea where 87 came from...) Which apparently means that there are 79 times more things to fight. I think I was actually lagging in my dream. It was pretty epic though. Congratulations Siren, even in our wildly unscaled dreams we're still undefeated.
Ore Wo Dare Da To Omotte Yagaru!?!?!
I've been hanging more with family and my boyfriend.
And despite making plans to play other games, I end up surfing the forums all day...lol
I've been making plans for what to do when they are back up more than anything too. That and researching and watching a few vids of some people who definitely play the job better than I do.
So I can be more effienct when I get back and get a whole lot more things done when it's there.
Monster Hunter Tri and Phantasy Star Portable 2 are both fun games. People should give them a try ^.^
