Just going to throw this out there, (and it may have been said i did not read 40 pages) The request to weaken the BCNM to 20-30% is supposedly what it was on the test server. As the story goes Mr. Beastmaster then walks in and solos the epic 99 6 man cap, so to prevent this in the final release SE bumps the fight 3-5x harder. (I suspect BST will not go unpunished for this especially since they seem to be in a downgrading mood) That said 3-5x times harder for one person should be just about the level of 6 players, and they were even so kind as to give an enfeebling item. 30 Cap Promy fight for 99 Cap.

beat this with SMNx2(without Alexander),BSTx3,BLU one of the BST used an ole rarab tail, BLU attacked him to get hate(the BLU went down once during the fight, but he expected that), then we sent in all our pets, when he 2 hour one of the other BST used a second tail and we all used our 2 hour on him and he was down before his 2 hour ended.

this fight is really just an overpowered mob, he isn't a challenge with the right players behind you and the right timing

You guys really had to make the lvl 99 limit break this hard? really? i can tell yall this ppl are gonna quit casue of this watch and see hes too dang strong. You guys really better rethink this casue in 2months when we finaly do get done with him what yall do for the new comers? ever think bout that at this rate once ppl beat him they arnt gonna offer the new players help on it thus killin the games growth atleast lower this bcnm tarus power by atleast 20-30% so we can be done with it.

Its not as hard as you make it out to be.

As far as needing help, its only a 6 man fight. By the time you have played to level 95, I'd hope you would already have 5 friends who would be willing to help you knock it out.

Not everyone that found it a challenged brewed Turul. I thought it was fun and a tiny bit of a challenge. Granted I went after Turul with groups of 8+ people but we never brewed him. Mainly just wanted to make sure we had enough around to proc his sorry butt not including the ls I was in at the time thought it would be fun to fight him on our way to the zone boss for members who needed him. the problem those people who see this as a challenge are having is not having a plan going in....

if you don't know anything about this fight go in the first time expecting to lose so you can make a plan, if you have at least one player in your PT that knows this fight you should do fine

I did this again with another set up - rather surprisingly easy win - perhaps because 2 lvl 99 was helping?

5 beastmaster with 1 summoner. All beasts got buffed by summoner's hastega, blinkga, stoneskinga, and enfire. All beast use goey gerard and brought 3-5 dawn muslum. Beastmaster's use their two hours and engage, use reward and dawn muslum when pet got hit hard - I only used 2 - rampage when you must.

With 5 beast, dual wield plus 5 pets and summoner with Ifrit, each swing of a hit is like 5x2 +5 +2 = 17 hits per swing at roughly 110 hits average (beast hit 80-90 plus 20-40 enfire) = that's a minimum of 1500 damage per one hit swing from everyone. We went with 2 rarab tails, we did not use any, and the summoner did not even two hours at all with Alexander.

FYI - most of the beast are perle geared - not all have damage reduction axes. So yeah it is possible to get easy win with once again, xyz VIP jobs on this bcnm

About 99 being a factor...

If you did stuff before the levels started going over 75, you could easily see how only a few levels could affect a fight with a NM.

Just look at this fight against the Lord of Onzozo, which used to be a challenge to even a Ninja at level 75!
