    Until Chainspell also grants infinite MP, its usefulness will always be fairly lackluster if you're not Stunning or doing something relatively inane with it. Who the hell chainspell spams Stoneskin/Utsusemi?

    Hell I'd even take a turbo charge mp regen. I love that idea. Future 2 hour merit possibility?
