I think we just need to ask Square-Enix one thing as far as giving out feedback goes:

Because, let's be honest here, many of those customers are complete idiots. Sure, there are some genuinely good suggestions that get thrown out, but among a raging sea of horrible, stupid or self-centered ideas.

As we all know SE has been failing to listen to us about all our concerns on so many fronts, and thus the game has become absolute trash. I suggest that everyone put a stop to payments on their accounts for 1 month, the month of January, as a whole they might get the idea if they find themselves short of alot of money. If someone can translate and post this on all the other language forums to help spread the word, we need SE to suffer for 1 month like we have for years.

Having said that, if you think the people complaining are in the minority, you're highly delusional. I can't escape people talking about how bad this game is getting, or how the Devs aren't listening. Anywhere. This board, BG, Alla, FFXIAH, in-game....even on Japanese boards. The feeling that SE is dropping the ball is fairly unanimous.

The key here is the phrase "vocal minority". Yeah, most of the people talking are complaining, because most of the people that don't feel the need to complain... are not talking. That's what Zarchery was getting at.

By the way, I am one of them, and this is my first post outside of the open beta forums, and will probably be my last for a while. I don't even try to argue with people who complain in-game anymore, because it's not worth it. I can't say that I applaud every decision SE is making, and I agree that complaining serves a useful function, but this "OMG THEY ARE NOT LISTENING" attitude frankly baffles me. Of course they're listening, but "listening" isn't the same as "acting on what you hear". You have to remember that the people that complain this strongly form a relatively small fraction of the playerbase, and some people will never be satisfied.

I have alot of complaints almost all of them are bst related though, some of which i been asking se to fix, like 15? months.

The point is that SE has come out and promised us certain things, for instance upgrades to ws's, and they have yet to implement any of it. On top of which they hand us these new ws's which in most cases aren't worth the merits you have to spend on them, seriously these new ws's should be much stronger than our previous ws's excluding the relic/empyrean ws's. Also what happened to the overall balance that they promised, for instance they claimed war was to powerful so they intended to slightly decrease its power and bring every other dd up to that level, where the hell is that. When they do finally give us something its unbelievably limited in its use like Scarlet Diarhea. Not to mention our trial upgrades are beyond unreasonable and VW is just a ridiculous trolling joke, and you wonder why we should take action against SE? Also this is only a very small amount of problems with the game that SE has forced on us.
