WoG Mission Freezing "Fire in the Hole"

    Platform: PS2
    Frequency: Continuous
    Character Name: Yunda
    Race: Elvaan
    World: Asura
    Main Job: Black Mage
    Sub Job: White Mage
    Party or Solo: Solo
    Steps
    1. I was doing WoG missions solo and was on black mage so I could retrace to get back to Bastok Markets (S) easily. After Finishing Storm on the Horizon I used retrace and walked north to leave Bastok Markets (S) and reenter to get the Fire in the Hole cutscene.
    2. After the cutscene I logged off there to start again the next day.
    3. Logging in the next day the screen went black like it was going into cutscene with the typical startup (linkshell message in chat box, sending/recieving, hp, data downloading.)
    4. After a few seconds everything disappeared and the entire sceen went black.
    5. I have tried this multiple times and tried logging on characters on the same account. The other characters work just fine like normal.
    6. I went to school for game design and development so I know the differences between the level of bugs. This is the worst level because the game is no longer playable after it happens.
    7. I haven't been able to play the game with this character for a few days.
