    [To the devs] Travel and movement speed

    Travel in FFXI used to be a considerable time sink. You developers have made considerable improvements in recent years- you have introduced new movement buffs and items, relocated outpost teleportation NPCs to be closer to mog houses, introduced new teleports through abyssea and voidwatch NPCs and new teleportation earrings.

    Nevertheless, more could be done. Here are some suggestions:

    1. Eliminate the cutscene that delays entry into the mog house from the Ru'Lude Gardens.

    2. Introduce an NPC in each embassy in Ru'Lude that transports a char to their home nation, next to the Outpost NPC, for gil or CP. This could be tied to nation rank 10.

    3. Introduce a "premium service" NPC in each airship agency that will instantly teleport qualifying characters to the airship destination for ten times the usual fare.

    4. Allow Auction House and delivery system send access from the mog house.

    5. Give all characters a general 12% movement speed buff in all non-combat areas and let it stack with other movement speed enhancements.

    6. Make Swift Shoes universal (available in all areas and at all times) and let the Super Kupower Swift Shoes enhance that effect further in qualifying areas when it's up.

    7. Reduce the price of Repatriation, to maybe 10 tabs.

    8. Give RDM its own (self-target) movement speed buff.

    9. Introduce scrolls of instant escape from the same NPCs that sell scrolls of instant warp.

    10. Add Norg, Khazam and Rabao to Ease of Exploration destinations.

    Reduce or get rid of the penalty incurred after setting blue magic spells.
    The concept is that you acquire blue magic spells via learning and then you can change battle strategies by picking and choosing spells within the blue magic spell points and set limitations. If you were able to change spells freely, the whole battle strategy aspect would be lost, so we have no plans to remove/reduce the penalty.

    Since when does ANY movement speed affecting spell RDM can cast actually stick?

    Redmage casts Reverse Gravity on Redmage.
    Redmage resists the Gravity effect.
