Synergy HQ's ?

i recently got my synergy to 80 and still been playing with impurity ratio , pressure havent tried the thwacking yet
appreciate all the information i have gotten perfect elemental balance 0 pressure 0 impurity but no hq

hence why i was curious if direction facing furnace... or if the non synergy levels of party members influence chance of hq's (say if they were 90 instead of 100 smithing for example) of just the bare requirement for them to be in party to start the synergy is sufficient.

The direction you thwack the furnace from doesn't do anything to HQ rate because thwacking itself doesn't do anything to HQ rate...

Thwacking is for stopping explosions, nothing else.

The very fact that furnaces are in set locations and don't consistently face any particular direction should be an indicator that the direction of anything isn't important for it.

By the way, I heard that getting killed by absolute virtue while facing away from him on a tuesday with the moon at 90% while light weather is active in Qufim boosts your drop rates for the next NM you kill by 1.23%.

Invariably, someone is going to try testing this to see if it's true or not, just like every other unproven theory about crafting.
