Frequency: First time happening to me, but I have seen it reported several times.

Steps:
* Last night I logged out in Abyssea after building up over 800 minutes of time.
* I logged back in this morning with about 200 minutes, put Cruor buffs back on, and went to test Evisceration's critical hit rate by killing rabbits.
* Randomly, in the middle of a fight against a rabbit, this error started happening over and over.
* I verified that I still had almost three hours of time remaining.
* It kept happening every 8-15 seconds until I left the zone.
The Error consisted of:
* All of my Cruor stat buffs wearing off. (STR->DEX->VIT->AGI->INT->MND->CHR->HP->MP)
* "Visitant effect wears off."
* Everything being instantly reapplied, so they never disappeared from my status bar.
