Ah and you are surprised with this? Arrogance and refusing to listen to what the consumer is asking will be their downfall. If more people would voice their opinion with their wallet, they will start to listen. But SE does not even care about their consumer at all - they make no effort to keep them, nor they make any effort at all to get new ones. This is classic case of arrogance - maybe it is japanese thing? Pride? As usual money will destroy any pride or arrogance they have - just ask Nintendo - with their latest fiasco of 3DS
