I'd also like to state, this is the only way in which I can voice this as a problem. There is no way to contact forum community reps. The email I received in notice of the ban/suspension directs me to the SE customer support page if I have any issues with the decision, but contacting them ends with the response "We have no relation to the forum moderation team, nor can we contact them in regards to the problem." I was told to contact the moderation team via Settings>Support on the forum, there is no option and no ability to send personal messages to get the issue clarified or cleared up.

So as a word to the wise, if you ignore someone and need to make a report of generalized nature, do so sparingly or you'll unintentionally get you or another person banned/suspended because feed back submitted with the report appears to be ignored leaving the reported post open to interpretation.
