i have fudo, and am (slowly) working on relic* . just noticed this playing with new WS on test server (and i know it's related to some sorting order on SC properties) just wanted to point it out

and for 2steps self light kasha +shoha/apex is light, we just dont get "1step" with new WSes (and no double light with ki shoha fudo)

I've hit mobs with KI and had friends do fragmentation ws on them(like black halo, spinning slash etc) it always generated fragmentation instead of light, never could figure out why, just assumed SE kept fragmentation = fragmentation on KI for some reason
