    [dev1061] Grounds of Valor, and parts in general.

    Okay, so while the Grounds of Valors are nice, and help get the grind to be a little more bareable. There most DEFINITELY needs to be better consideration to the placement of mobs and the field of focus. The Grounds of Valor, IMO, do not need to have a lvl. 90+ focus for every zone. There are still people playing that are lower level. I marked things in Blue for things that are annoying, but not impossible, and things in red... well, yeah.

    Below are examples:


    Inner Horutoto Ruins: Beetle's Burrow

    Okay, plain and simple: THIS... This up there SHOULD NOT BE! You go from lvl. 6-ish mobs to level 90 mobs... This zone should be left with the original zone mob format OR remove the Skeletons and Gobs. While from what I've seen, the Beetles and Bats don't aggro, there's no doubt in my mind that the Goblins will. The Treasure chests in this zone might as well be removed, not that treasure hunting is the real reason I'm mad... This place is the focus for large number of quests and missions in the Windurst story. Many of them recommended levels being 15. If you're just starting this game, this would be impossible to do alone, and honestly, how many people still hang around in the 3 starting cities any more? There are better places for the people that are higher level to get EXP and do trials. When you go to the Boyahda Tree, you expect to have higher end mobs there.


    Dangruf Wadi

    OK, on to the next section. Dangruf. So here's my thoughts. The stone here is a low level quest, as well used for unlocking BLU (If this item is picked), a job emote, etc. The other problem with this zone, which is highlighted in Blue, is that these mobs now effect the AFs. There's are a number of places that fall into this, but THF I found to be most annoying. The items you get for this THF AF can be gained from the mobs in the zone, which is nice, what's not so nice, is that you have to go to the ???s in a certain order and if you lose to any of them, you know have to go back to the start and do this again. Which is very annoying to begin with, but now you also have to dodge Lvl. 90 Goblins...

    Like I said, I like the grounds of valor, don't get me wrong, it's a nice thing to have. But there are other players besides the Lvl. 90's...

    I have to agree with the OP.

    I innocently went into Beetle Burrow as 70 THF to finish a windurst mission and was surprised to find myself dead at the hands of goblin that I was totally ignoring because I figured it was "too weak" just like it had been for 7 years.

    Zeruhn Mines is an RMT exploiters wet dream.

    Dangruf Wadi involves at least one Rank 1 Bastok mission, again aimed at lvl10-15 but the zone now has mobs that are IT+ to a Lv.80

    Starter zones with Lv.80+ monsters is ludicrous.
