When making your own parties to level jobs the only people seeking will be on the same job type as you. When you need a tank there will only be healers and dd, when you need a healer there will only be tanks and dd and when you only need dd there will only be tanks and healers with their flags up.

Moogles Law: When in need of that last seal for your Empyrean armor, the NM will repeatedly drop every seal BUT what you need. The more difficult it is to farm the items/KIs to pop the NM, the less of a chance there is of you actually getting that last seal. You will continue to get the seal with the lowest drop rate.
