When needing 1 more AF+3 seal, the seal will not drop until the 2nd to last trigger is used. After final seal is obtained, 3-4 will drop on final trigger and/or any other triggers that are farmed up afterwards. Variations of this rule also applies to dynamis and salvage.

Clear pull in Dynamis-Xarc, but target decides to take a long detour though the Kindred Monks & Ninjas.
Gather a group for an "Under Observation" BLM run, find out 3rd BLM doesn't have any -aga spells.
I did two in hopes that I will not suffer from the following moogle's law:
