WOG CS Fail

I just beat the Young Behemoth for the Wings of the Goddess quest "Bonds that Never Die" and when I talk to Rongelouts N Distaud the game freezes during the cutscene. Same spot, three times now (twice on ps2, once on ps3). After we see Excenmille and his buddies get overtaken by the dust storm in the desert, when it goes to cut to the next scene it gets stuck on the black screen. Have even let it sit on that screen for over 30 minutes once, and still nothing. Have to power cycle to reset. Please help!
