It is kind of cool to add content you have to wait weeks on to see if it works.

Just as SCH got weather effects, SMN really needs a JA to set moon effect. (And we'd all set it to full moon for good drop rate)

You'd need to moon the mob for that. Just like SCH weather effects do not work for magian trials because the effect is on the PLAYER, not the MOB.

I'd give the JA to BST though. If anyone howls to the moon, it's them
Or RDM, to balance against SCH's weather buffs. (Although it would probably be a self-only buff then... hmmm)
