We would first like to apologize with any dissatisfaction you are experiencing after recovering previously characters. That being said, it is noted throughout the Character Reactivation Service that we make no guarantee that the characters will be reactivated in the exact same state as it was at the time of cancellation, and that character data may slightly differ. Unfortunately we’re not able to make any adjustments to a character recovered through the Character Reactivation Service, either; the characters recovered through that service provided “as-is.”

As much as we would like to be able to assist you, however, this problem is not a technical issue with FINAL FANTASY XI itself. As such, we have had to close this thread. You are welcome to provide feedback on the Character Reactivation Service through the SQUARE ENIX Support Center for your region, though.
