SE, were tired of complaining, and I just can't sit back and watch you murder our last potential WS for scythe into the ground. This thread specifically looks and Entropy, and how to potentially adjust it for better use. We don't want this to be another Scarlet Delirium!
First, let me state not everything about this WS is terrible. Here is a list of the positive and negative side effects of this WS, and were it currently stands.
Positive
- Restores MP Pool, and allows for further casting, making our MP pool useful.
Negatives
- Weaker damage than our level *60* WS.
- What are we using this MP for!? Drain II's terrible recast timer? We not only have Aspir, but Aspir II! If we were running out of mp any time soon, we would use these spells more often.
- Currently, we have no darkness based nuke. This further supports the reason we don't need to be worrying about MP. I'm not interested in "potential future updates of a spell." As it stands now, why even waste our time casting thunder III? I'm sure SD gets used more than this spell. Until we actually get a nuke worth casting, this WS is worthless.
- We have no fast cast, no celerity, no clear mind. So not only do we have a terrible spell, but we can't even put enough power into it to make it somewhat useful.
- Dark Knights are very WS dependent. We require the use of "POWERFUL" WS to deal the majority of our damage, due to long delays between swings. The damage from Entropy just isn't enough to make it worth using.
All because you give us a way to regain Mp faster does NOT make it any more useful!
We should not be out damaged by a level 60 WS, its just plain wrong.
Ideas for Improvement
- Increase overall damage from Entropy to match the new GS WS. Were masters at scythe for a reason, not just to stand there and look pretty.
- As stated, I don't mind restoring MP. JUST MAKE IT SO IT'S USEFUL!
So what improvements do you think need to be implemented?
