    CrudeRaphie - Aquabreath does not scale

    When testing the Ready technique "Aqua Breath" I tried adding hp+ atma.
    I used: Ebon Hoof, Sanguine Scythe, and Dark Blade.
    The HP+ had no effect on Aqua Breath. At ~9600 hp on pet, it still only does 1100 damage.

    Also when the hp drops down to 50% it still did 1100 Damage.

    The hp bonuses from atma or familair are not modifying Aqua Breath. IT did not drop the damage until pet's HP was below 20% using max hp+ atma. Its ignoring the effect.

    It's not ignoring them. There is obviously a cap on the damage. THe fact that the damage did not drop until the pet was very low is proof of this.
