[Dev1049] Add (Dagger Weaponskill) Exenterator to Puppetmaster.

There is basically no reason in the universe why a PUP should EVER be using a dagger. They're already at enough of a disadvantage with their best weapon.

Besides that, I don't think PUP has the required skill level at level 96.

1.Puppetmaster is the only job that does not get two or more new LV.96 weapon skills.

QQ .... We don't need multiple merit WS, we just need the one we care about to be good. Which it is.

4. Puppetmaster can use a lot of the higher level dagger including Mercurial kris and the new Haste Dagger. (This set up is actually pretty good dps wise)

No, it's not pretty good dps wise

5. Puppetmaster has a very high amount of dexterity compacity (For the weapon skill modifier), so this weapon skill could be another formidable option for Puppetmasters who want to deviate from the typical H2H set up.

the typical H2H setup is typical for a reason: It's massively superior to dagger use.

Although I don't personally agree with it fully, you have plenty of professional players here who will tell that PUP is already lacking as it is. using a weaker weapon class the job has less skill in with no abilities that boost dagger WS is just plain not worth it. PUP doesn't need this WS, and giving it to them will not help them in any way.
