    Refuel and Replenishing Martellos

I've been working on my Atma of the Savior and I realized, I can't do Abyssea - Tahrongi's Cleansing the Canyon because I need to complete Refuel and Replenish first (unsure yet if there are others like this) but there is currently not a single Martello that is below 90% available to refuel. Heck, I don't think there is one below 98%.

Dev's, with players spreading out between the 9 zones and currently Atma capabilities, these Martellos are seeing minimal use and their self-restoral is making it increasingly difficult to complete this quest. In order for this to be constructive criticism however, here are some solutions:
    1. Remove the self-restoral and increase the amount replenished by the quest.
    2. Increase the amount drained by using the Martello.
    3. Reduce the self-restoral potency and maintaining the amount replenished via quest.
While I understand the consequences that could come with 1. (i.e. coming across an empty Martello right when you really need it) I believe this would be the best solution, encouraging more people to perform this quest and ultimately easing the process of raising fame in an area. 2 would inevitably require more Cruor used with each Martello use, and in some areas 3 could still see the same problem we're faced with now.

Something the Dev's might want to look into.

Samurai Archery is said to be a thing of the past, but it isn't dead yet!

Martello quests are NOT requirements for Atma of the Savior. They only help increase your reputation.
Check with the goal tracker, and you will see that the 2(or 3) martello quests are not counted.

If you want to use it to boost fame below rank 3, replenish your MP (30) at the martello twice (or take someone along to do it) and the martello will be below 95% charge. At rank 3 or above, simply upgrade the martello. (Although the east thing is very annoying, since the cardinal directions are messed up in abyssea >_<)

Yea, I managed to find a party later on that were willing to use a few charges on the device. The problem though is that in order to do Kupipi's first quest that refueling quest has to be completed.

I use a Martello for MP, go away and do quests/ops/NMs, go back after 12 mins, repeat 3x and the Martello is available for refuelling. That's when no-one else was using it during that time.

If you're going to be in the zone for an hour, it's not really a problem. unless you need the quest done there and then.

Yes, but the Martello quests certainly are required to unlock one of the quests in Tahrongi, making them a requirement for the quest that is required for Atma of the Savior.

Through the confinement of Valefor I found myself in the depths of Hades. It was there that I was thrown into Cerberus' Den. Only through Carbuncle's light could I find my way.
