Multiple NA client translation/text issues

Steps:

The newly added slips show up as "." on NA client when checking with the Porter moogle. Appears that another localization/translation bug for NA. I'm able to acquire the slips, but trading to the GM moogle has no effect and there is no associated description with the slips either.

Additionally all new meritable weaponskills will show up on the weapon skill list as "." also and with '.' as the description for the weapon skill. They can't be selected or used by the player.

Lastly, when using /shutdown or /logoff the final message will read "Kaliyah has recieved 28000 experience points" instead of "Logging off"

Above and beyond steps I have taken to resolve the issue myself:
1.) File check via POL - no change
2.) Reinstall of POL test client and update - no change
3.) Clean install of POL test Client into new directory and hard drive - no change

No matter what I do on the NA client I am not able to see/use the new content for Weaponskills and certain pacts for smn, as well as various new expendable items from =test= porter moogle or =test= gm moogle.

Checking players seems to cause your FFXI client to hard crash also.

While WS and abilites were fixed in update the following bugs (accompanied with pic) still exist:

1.) Claim slips 12 and 13 still show as "."
2.) Objectives for upgrading Relic +2 still shows as "." and I would assume the actual drop still shows as "." as well.
3.) When using teleport option from GM Moogle a message stating you gain experience points appears.
4.) As with teleport option, using /logoff or /shutdown will result in a message stating you gain experience points instead of "logging off"

As more bugs are found I will update this thread.

You always gain EXP on zoning on the test server. It's because when it first came out changing your level sets skill lets to max, but if you change to another job it removes the skill levels for the other job. This way you always have maxed skill.

No you don't, this only occurs during /logout /shutdown or using GM teleport. Zoning, teleporting, warping, or outposting under normal means does not give this same message.

Even if the GM moogle teleport is supposed to have this feature it doesn't make sense regarding the /logout /shutdown commands.
