    I can't download FFXI from the S-E store! Purchased it already

    I haven't been able to download from the Square-Enix store, it says I have too many download attempts.

    Is this part of the fine print that I must spend another 9.99 to buy another five download attempts?

    Has anyone else experienced this problem before

    Free Trial, then bought the 9.99 package.

    I got an email back though, they reset the download so now it's fine. My question is now how to go from free trial to standard game
