My main problem with the new look is the macros. There's no option to have the old look.


Also, I recalled there being a developer image showing the macro beside being to the side of HP/MP/TP bar shown while in combat, seems that isn't the case on the test client and the macro bar just overlaps it.


It also felt like an oversight to not have the game day/time/radar visible with this new set up during combat since the assumption is that you're playing at 1024x768 or higher resolution,where there's clearly enough real-estate to have it visible at all times.

This is really nice, only problem I have is there's no way to move the menu compass next to rather than on top of the chat window.

Just to expand and/or reiterate a few issues. No option to choose between an old/new style as of yet.
It kind of felt like buying a jp anime dvd movie/game, just to enjoy it without the option to choose subtitles, and be forced to watch/play it in dub.
I think the option to resize the log screen is a great idea, and an even better one would be perhaps to allow the player to edit other windows, such as location. CombatHP/TPbar, permaHpMpbar, compass, macro set, Combat menu.

And since we're talking about the log window, when one is using a macro to change equip, would it be too much to ask for the ability to make "Equipment changed." only show one line despite the number of equipment changes?
I guess the resizing of the log window somewhat addresses that issue..but..

Need to add a window transparency slider
