Actually, some nightmare mobs can also drop up to 5. I'm fairly sure Nightmare Leeches in Dynamis - Tav can drop up to 5 Shells, though I don't have a screenshot of it. I did Dynamis Tav nightly for months.

I've never seen it in qufim, and we farmed 2x99 empy. I did tavnazia a few time and I don't remember much beside the camps being too small anyway. I have seen 5-drops on beastmen in qufim though.
Also the model in the OP doesn't allow 5 drops, nor the data. 24% chance at 4 coins, so there should be some decent chance at 5 coins if it was possible.

Ihnako ; says he's got 'FORSERIOUSDEBATINGSKILLS', but can't use the correct contractions or verbiage. Many lulz indeed.
I can also attest to the x5 coins dropping from nightmare clusters in Tavnazia. This happens very often with proc and TH8. I see this happen about 30% of the time. Done Tavnazia about 10 times or so and only the Nightmare Clusters seem to drop 5 (never seen 5 drop from any other mob in that zone).
I wouldn't consider info from someone who uses braego helm useful.
i get my best results with my group from dyna valk, we enter just after the jp go to bed and usually have the dc camps to yourselves. funguar > hippo > treants all in a nice little area to run around in. 3 of us usually nets 600+ and 40+ forgotten. Most people don't mess with dc hippos but they're very easy. For this I have to agree with pchan on one thing. Mnk really tears shit up in dynamis. I run around with my thf mule th'ing everything while the mnk auto attacks stuff into oblivion.
