Currently Saboteur does not function with Dia III. The effect of Dia III is 15% with or without Saboteur in effect.

Probably intentional and not a bug. But maybe you should check to make sure it doesn't affect the DoT either.

Unless they nerfed it, Saboteur -> 1 merit Dia 3 results in a 3 minute Dia III.
