Hello, just recently I bought the Abyssea collection and used the CSR to find out 2 of my former characters Pohetha and Otha were able to be retrieved. To my dismay the character Otha was turned into a hume male who was origionally a elvaan male and now a new character all around. All he had was an onion sword and some flimsy level 1 RSE gear. Pohetha was fine which is great, but Otha had more nastalgia with FFXI when it was still up and coming. I was curious as to why the character had lost everything it had. He was a lvl 55 PLD only, but I would still like to have it the way it was. Feedback on this matter would be helpful seeing how I am paying for this character just to have it back.
