Well, just to be certain I'm also installing the test server on a secondary drive in a new directory just to be certain it isn't an problem where the patch made things wonky. If it ends up remedying the issue I'll post back, but this is going to be the 2nd time I've reinstalled the client and patched it up to 25th patch.
