[dev1052] DRK Group 1/Group 2 Merit Point refinements

Most T2 merits are useless, so it wasn't surprising that DRK's were/are useless.

Honestly though asking for Haste over cap is like asking for WAR to deal 4809589458i72095834270 damage in one hit and asking for 100 TP ws return.

Every 2% over 80% is increasing DPS by like 50% iirc. Don't be stupid.

what can compete with this? lol Sam comes close but still gets beaten by a solid margin. Mnk is solid but the ws frequency that war can put out crushes it in total dmg (VS and ukko's are pretty even).

breaking haste cap wouldn't make drk the top tier dd, our ws averages are just too weak. But it would close the gap some.

DB is one of the better t2 merit's in the game. Sure the rest of them suck for us but this is true for pretty much every job. They have 1 maybe 2 T2 merits that are worthwhile and the rest are for the most part, useless. So here's hoping that SE fixes it for not just drk but all jobs to have a second useful T2.
