If there is a limit to how many spells each job can have, then we have about 30 more spells at least to catch up with BLU.

I'm a RequieSCAT-MAN!
Actually if you check the dats, you will see that FFXI is able to hold up to 4,294,967,296 spells. 4,294,966,598 of those spells are BLU spells or have been reserved for BLU. The rest are a combination of player spells, the null placeholder, and a monster spells that players can't use.
But seriously, we need a Refresh III as much as we needed Gain-STAT spells when Red Mage could have just gotten the Boost-STAT spells instead. Spell formula improvements are cheaper for your pocketbook, and easier to obtain!![]()
yep bard gets +4 to all songs with 95 galljahorn and AF3 legs, not to mention +5 on the 99 version & legs.
so at 95,
balad = +5 refresh
ballad II = +6
ballad III= +7
with the durabala you can have 3 songs active AND have the galjahorn bonus active on all three of them.
that gives you a 18 tic refresh at 95, and a 21 tic refresh at 99. and you can even Marcato your ballad III to make your 95 ballad III's give 10 MP, and your 99's 11 MP, so the maximum ammount of refresh you can have at any given level via ballad alone at
95 : 21 Tic refresh
99: 25 tic refresh
so yea........ thats pretty intense mana regen. and not to even consider mentioning soulvoice.... idk how much it actualy ups refresh but im willing to bet its 50-100% increase.
so your looking at 31-42 Tic refreshes at 95 with soulvoice >_>
god... tired of typing lol.... NEEDS MOAR REFRESH III >:Q
