Does the copy of Ultimate Collection - Abyssea Edition posted on the SquareEnix Store today include the item code for the Destrier Beret? It's basically the only reason I would want to buy the game yet again, and I figured this deal would be a good opportunity.

Addendum to Nory's question: Where in Altana's name do we put the code for in-game items now that the viewer has basically been stripped of functionality? I've been trying to figure this out for somebody else and I'm just stumped

It's in the square-enix account management site, under register services or something like that.

I registered my copy earlier today and, unless I'm being incredibly dense, I never got the choice to select a character. Likewise, the Festive Moogle is telling me he has nothing for me...

For the record, this was my first time registering Abyssea and the add-ons as well, and when I went through the above steps, I DID get a confirmation screen for those. (And they are all now active on my start screen.)

You must have not done something then. Right after you register your beret it will ask you what account then what character you want to use it on.

Where exactly is this reward code located? Because I fully expect my situation to end up exactly like Etrien. I hope it doesn't suddenly pop up after you install the game with that collections pack download. I don't feel like reinstalling FFXI to access reward codes. The only other codes I got was to redeem SE member reward points...

Well, at the very least I certainly did register the game, because my characters went from not having Abyssea to finally having it. But during the process, I don't believe I got any screens or choices regarding the beret OR regarding individual characters. (Only the screen confirming it was linking Abyssea and the add-ons to my accounts.)


And I'm assuming that the reward code and registration code are one in the same, yes..? Because this is all I got with my purchase, and I have already registered both:
