/Wonders if trolling, or just really really not getting it.
The 'duh' was you coping and pasting the spell description which everyone who goes to BG/ZAm saw a week + ago because you didnt understand what was ment by the initial post. We are all well aware that 'erm' and 'duh' aren't the same word, but again that would be another 'duh' statement.
SUGGESTION:
Can you make it so it does two checks when cast.
1. -Movement Speed
2. Evasion Down Check
and make it "since you don't want the movement speed working on NM's" so it at least still gives the evasion down effect.
If I'm not mistaken SE said something about this. Perhaps it can be sortof like Dia or the Ninja nukes in that the enfeebling effect (in this case, evasion down) is 100% guaranteed, whereas the damage part (movement speed down) is not. Or something like that.
I'm really hopeful for this, having an evasion down spell to match Dia would be so hot - I could rant about how useful this would be for ages, assuming the effect is significantly potent (10-15% sounds nice but knowing SE and evasion down effects it might be a straight number, in which case I'd hope for something like Enfeebling Magic/10).
And before anyone asks, yes, I want this spell to be brokenly powerful.![]()
Well I basically got that the OP was jokingly applying reverse psycology- I did originally read it as a genuine complaint. But posting a thread like this and not having any serious intent isn't really helpful.
Gravity II has a low recast so people can watch it be resisted twice as often and attain twice as much disappointment in a given frame of time.
If SCH is getting Regen IV and V, can RDM get Refresh III and Refresh IV at least? Scrap Gravity II, it was always a bad idea even though it was in the .dat files since 2004.
