    I'm really hopeful for this, having an evasion down spell to match Dia would be so hot - I could rant about how useful this would be for ages, assuming the effect is significantly potent (10-15% sounds nice but knowing SE and evasion down effects it might be a straight number, in which case I'd hope for something like Enfeebling Magic/10).

    And before anyone asks, yes, I want this spell to be brokenly powerful.

    The spell just says "Resists the spell" and no warning appeared after 5 minutes that the "evasion down effect wears off"
