FFXI Soundtrack on backorder

I orderd my CD from the SE shop and it came today and it ended up being the Japanese copy somehow, how do I enter that code in to get my item?

Have you not found the 20-digit number, or where to enter it?

Or what might be the problem exactly? ^^;
