Steps:
At the start in Dynamis Buburimu in H-7 H-8 on the map there is a dead Vanguard's Wyvern. (its been like that for days)
When pulling Vanguard Dragontamer and fighting it on any job, at some point it uses its 2Hr but the Vanguard's Wyvern never pops up.
This happens all the time.
