Scholar AF3 Set bonus Edit.

Please explain to me why the Equivalent of the scholar Set bonus is able to be obtained by ALL JOBS????? seriously, why? SCH set bonus for anyone who does not know, grants a 5% chance to instantly cast magic, with no recast. now as a paladin or a blue mage, i can equip a impatiens and a moonshade earring and BAM ive got 5% instant cast. Way to give away the MEAGER bonus on the Scholar set.

either make it a base 10% or get rid of the effect completely, and heres some reasons for getting rid of it:

1. only one piece of the gear is actualy packing magic attack bonus. and thats the body.
2. INT is marginal at best at this point in the game, so nuking in INT gear over MAB gear realisticaly dosent happen any more, so your loosing hands feet and pants when casting offensive magic ( hell they wont even be worn for healing magic, due to the serpentes set bonus)
3. the head and pants are only utilized when using strategems. and the feet are only utilized during klimaform. so realistically we have full time utility for ONE PIECE of our scholar gear full time during offensive nukes, and two pieces to full time during healing. i mean seriously... PLEASE re-evaluate SCH AF3 setbonus.

some replacement ideas:

Enhances Storm Spells
each piece adds +2% damage, -2% MP cost, -2%Casting Speed, -2%recasting speed, +2% Cure Potency for spells that match your current weather. making this bonus a 100% of the time active bonus like the RDM set bonus, so long as you keep your storm spells up.

Augments "strategems"
grants a 10% chance per piece, to not consume a stratagem charge

Augments Grimorie
Lessens the penalty for casting outside of your art by 2% per piece, grants 10 Skill per piece in oposing art.
ending in cutting the penalty in half for casting outside of your current art, and c skill across the board in the full set.

im a huge fan of scholar and i love 75% of what the job is now. the remaining 25% still needs to be balanced out, this set bonus only qualifies as 5% of it.

the other issues, just to list them:
Lack of Cure Potency on AF3

Lack of Any Natural Magic Attack Bonus, and being discluded from almost ALL good nuking pieces, yes im talking about you eradico mitts, because smn totaly needed +7 MAB on hands over scholar. (kinda comical seeing were the second best nukes in the game)

The Complete Over powered-ness of Elemental Celerity. its absloutely obscene to see a blm cast 2 T5's in the time it takes me to cast one.
The Lack of Tier 2 Helicies
The lack of Tier 2 Storms
The lack of more SCH exclusive Enfeebles
The lack of more unique SCH stratagems and Stratagem charges
The Absloute USELESSNESS of our T2 merit stratagems.

fix these issues and scholar might actualy be a sought after job some day.
