    Yes. I like Temper. I like it a lot. I'd like it even more if it were Accessionable...

    Area of Effect Double Attack increase wouldn't suddenly fix RDM. But it would be a hell of a start. Melee RDMs got what they want. Mage RDMs will get what they want. Everybody wins! But apparently not...
