Forum Suggestion: Disagree Button

It would be nice if there were a 'Disagree' button to go along with the 'Like' button.

Far too many trivial complaints are being posted recently. I'd rather just press 'Disagree' then post a reply and fuel a pointless debate that would further pollute the forums.

The problem is what happens when a ton of people like trivial crap, or something that is clearly wrong? Then you get a ton of people hitting disagree on your post correcting crap, making people less likely then they already are to point out things, hopefully stopping SE from going along with stupid ideas.

Currently the system allows you to make controversial (to people that don't know any better) posts and let SE decide if they like the ideas. If this allows the occasional bad idea to get floated around, that's the cost of being able to dissent against bad ideas, even when a sizable group likes it.

Only natzi's or extremely closed minded people would want that. After all the mod's have said if you don't like what someone's saying you can just add them to your ignore list.

So instead of ignoring them, you want to publicly demonstrate your dislike, rule by mob so to speak. Yeah ... go away.

The first reply was constructive feedback on the idea, and I can appreciate where he is coming from. You on the other hand are calling me names and just being unnecessary. Thanks for pointing out the ignore list though, you'll be the first one I add to mine.
