There are probably only the four of them on the NA Community Team unless I didn't count someone. Camate, Rukkirii, Bayohne, and Hvinire should be it.

I highly doubt the Devs play the game in the sense that you're talking about. I'm also 99% sure that they do not believe in the concept of "Main" jobs, either. They've been pretty clear about that. To be honest, I'm surprised that they even let us pick "Main" jobs to post on the forums with. I suppose that's part of their new approach to the playerbase.
